One of the methods of controlling evaporation is the use of physical coatings. In this research, polystyrene sheets, pieces of wood, and honey-bee wax sheets were used as physical coatings on the surface of the water to reduce evaporation from standard buried Colorado evaporation pans. The effect of each coating with three replicates (in three separate pans) was investigated and also three pans were considered as control. Evaporation was measured daily from all pans for 4 months. Results of the experiment showed that polystyrene, wood and wax coatings reduced evaporation by 54, 19 and 18%, respectively. Next, to estimate the percentage of evaporation reduction, decision tree M5, least squared support vector machine (LSSVM) and artificial neural network (ANN) were used. Meteorological data of Semnan synoptic station was used as input data for all the three models. All three methods were highly accurate in the training period. During the test period, the LSSVM method, decision tree M5 and ANN were more accurate, respectively. The values of R2, RMSE and MAE of the LSSVM method at the test step were 0.9834, 2.3718, and 1.7212, respectively. The general results of this study showed that using polystyrene coating can have proper function in controlling evaporation from reservoirs and water storage pools.}, keywords = {evaporation reduction,Polystyrene,Wood,Wax,Intelligent Algorithms}, title_fa = {مطالعه تجربی کاهش تبخیر از مخازن آب با استفاده از پوشش‌های پلی‌استایرن، چوب و موم و تخمین آن با الگوریتم‌های هوشمند}, abstract_fa = {تبخیر از سطح مخازن آب منجر به اتلاف آب مورد مصرف کشاورزی، صنعت و شرب میشود. از جمله روشهای کنترل تبخیر میتوان به استفاده از پوششهای فیزیکی اشاره نمود. در این پژوهش، برای کاهش تبخیر از تشتهای تبخیر استاندارد کلرادو مدفون در زمین، از ورقههای پلی استایرن، قطعات چوب و ورقههای موم عسل بهعنوان پوششهای فیزیکی روی سطح آب استفاده گردید. تأثیر هر ماده با سه بار تکرار (در سه تشت مجزا) مورد بررسی قرار گرفت و 3 عدد تشت نیز به عنوان شاهد مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. اندازهگیری تبخیر برای تمامی تشتها به مدت 4 ماه و به صورت روزانه انجام شد. نتایج آزمایش نشان داد که پوشش پلیاستایرن به طور متوسط 54 درصد، پوشش چوب 19 درصد و پوشش موم  18 درصد در کاهش تبخیر مؤثر است. در ادامه پژوهش، برای تخمین درصد کاهش تبخیر، از مدل درخت تصمیم M5، ماشین بردار پشتیبان حداقل مربعات (LSSVM) و شبکه عصبی مصنوعی (ANN) استفاده شد. دادههای هواشناسی ایستگاه سینوپتیک شهر سمنان به عنوان دادههای ورودی برای هر سه مدل مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. هر سه روش در دورههای آموزش از دقت بالایی برخوردار بودند. در دوره آزمون به ترتیب روش LSSVM، درخت تصمیم M5 و ANN از دقت بیشتری برخوردار بودند. مقادیر R2، RMSE و MAE روش LSSVM در مرحله آزمون به ترتیب 9834/0، 3718/2 و 7212/1 به‏دست آمد. نتایج کلی در پژوهش حاضر نشان میدهد که استفاده از پوشش پلیاستایرن میتواند عملکرد مناسبی در کنترل تبخیر از مخازن و استخرهای ذخیرهای آب داشته باشد.}, keywords_fa = {: کاهش ‌تبخیر,پلی‌استایرن,چوب,موم,الگوریتم‌های هوشمند}, url = {https://www.waterjournal.ir/article_120727.html}, eprint = {https://www.waterjournal.ir/article_120727_229ad20007d68350df5c1f23d6cd7c8d.pdf} }
