In this study, adaptive neuro-fuzzy inference systems (ANFIS), gene expression programming (GEP) and support vector regression (SVR) was utilized for modeling and forecasting of suspended load for Dareh-rood catchment in Ardabil province. For this purpose, water discharge and sediment load of Moshiran hydrometric station located on Dareh-rood River (upstream of Emarat dam) was used. After evaluation of different input combinations (i.e. 8 scenarios) using the SVR, finally the model whose inputs consist of current discharge and one pervious discharge and suspended load was selected as the best scenario. The mentioned input combination was applied for ANFIS and GEP models. The results indicated that the SVR model with the highest R2=0.97, the lowest RMSE=1734, NS=0.97 and WI=0.98 was superior to the other models during the validation phase. Furthermore, the frequency distribution and boxplots of forecasting errors of applied the data-driven models confirm the efficiency of the SVR model among others. Meanwhile, the performance of the ANFIS model was somewhat better than the GEP model. The coefficients and functions used to calibrate the intelligent models that utilized in this study can be very helpful in estimating the suspended sediments of ungagged nearby stations with the similar tectonic and hydrological conditions over the study region.}, keywords = {Keywords: Suspended load,Gene expression programming,Dreh-rood,Support vector regression,Adaptive neuro-fuzzy interference system}, title_fa = {مدل‌سازی رسوبات معلق رودخانه با استفاده از محاسبات نرم(مطالعه موردی: رودخانه دره‌رود)}, abstract_fa = {چکیده جابهجایی و تهنشینی بار معلق رودخانهها باعث بروز مشکلات زیادی از جمله رسوبگذاری در مخازن سدها، تغییر مسیر رودخانهها به دلیل رسوبگذاری در بستر آنها، کاهش ظرفیت آبگذری آبراههها و تأسیسات انتقال آب و همچنین تغییر کیفیت آب به لحاظ مصارف شرب و کشاورزی میشود. در این پژوهش از مدلهای فازی- عصبی تطبیقی (ANFIS)، برنامه ریزی بیان ژن (GEP) و رگرسیون بردار پشتیبان (SVR) جهت مدلسازی و پیشبینی میزان رسوبات معلق حوضه آبریز درهرود در استان اردبیل استفاده شد. در این راستا از دادههای رسوب و دبی جریان ایستگاه هیدرومتری مشیران بر روی رودخانه درهرود (واقع در بالادست سد عمارت) استفاده شد. پس از آزمون هشت سناریوی مختلف توسط مدل SVR، الگوی ترکیبی شامل مقادیر دبی جریان در همان روز، دبی جریان و رسوب معلق در گام زمانی قبل بهعنوان بهترین الگو شناخته شد. الگوی مذکور برای مدلهای ANFIS و GEP نیز بهعنوان ورودی استفاده شد. نتایج بیانگر عملکرد قابل قبول مدلها و برتری مدل SVR با بیشترین ضریب تعیین (97/0=R2)، کمترین ریشه میانگین مربعات خطا ( ton/day17343=RMSE) و همچنین شاخصهای نش-ساتکلیف (97/0=NS) و ویلموت (98/0=WI) در مرحله صحتسنجی بود. علاوه بر آن، توزیع فراوانی قدر مطلق خطای پیشبنی و نمودار جعبهای توزیع خطای پیشبینی مدلهای هوشمند نیز تأیید کننده عملکرد بهتر مدل SVR بود. ضمناً، کارآیی مدل ANFIS تا حدی بهتر از مدل GEP بود. ضرایب و توابع بهکار رفته برای واسنجی مدلهای هوشمند مورد استفاده در این پژوهش میتواند برای تخمین رسوبات معلق ایستگاههای مجاور فاقد آمار دارای شریط زمینساختی و هیدرولوژیکی یکسان در سطح منطقه بسیار مفید واقع شود.}, keywords_fa = {کلمات کلیدی: بار معلق,برنامه‌ریزی بیان ژن,دره‌رود,رگرسیون بردار پشتیبان,فازی- عصبی تطبیقی}, url = {https://www.waterjournal.ir/article_74224.html}, eprint = {https://www.waterjournal.ir/article_74224_cd71920e59f1dabd757c1f7dfe107923.pdf} }
