The main goal of this work was to evaluate growth, crop quantitative and qualitative yield, and water use efficiency (WUE), as well as to determine the quinoa response, variety ‘Titicaca’, to different salicylic acid concentrations (SA) (0, 0.5, 1 and 2 mM) under different irrigation levels (100, 75, and 40% field capacity (FC)). The field experiment was conducted in split plots in three blocks during the 2019 growing season, in the research field of Shahid Bahonar University of Kerman, Iran. The results demonstrated that while the plants subjected to deficit irrigation displayed significant reduction in crop growth rate, biological yield, seed yield and its components, the high concentrated SA (2 mM) application led to improving the mentioned traits. Under normal irrigation conditions, moderate concentrations and under severe water deficit, high concentration of SA resulted in improved growth, WUE, and grain protein yield. The highest WUE was achieved by deficit irrigation and high SA concentrations. Water deficit increased grain protein content, while increased SA concentration reduced its content. In contrast, reduced grain protein yield was observed when water deficit occurred while SA application led to improving protein yield. In general, the results showed that considering the water resources accessibility in quinoa fields, different salicylic acid concentrations can be used to improve the water productivity and performance in arid and semi-arid regions.}, keywords = {Chenopodium quinoa,Drought,Grain yield,Growth parameters,Protein content,Salicylic Acid,Water productivity}, title_fa = {کارایی مصرف آب و پاسخ کمی و کیفی کینوا به کاربرد غلظت‌های مختلف سالیسیلیک اسید تحت شرایط کم‌آبیاری}, abstract_fa = {در سال‌های اخیر، سطح زیر کشت کینوا (Chenopodium quinoa Willd.) و مصرف غذایی دانه آن به‌دلیل خصوصیات تغذیه‌ای و قابلیت رشد آن در شرایط سخت محیطی نظیر خشکی، افزایش یافته است. هدف از این مطالعه، ارزیابی رشد، عملکرد کمی و کیفی، کارایی مصرف آب و تعیین واکنش گیاه کینوا رقم ʼتیتیکاکاʻ به غلظت‌های مختلف سالیسیلیک اسید (0، 5/0، 1 و 2 میلی مولار) در سطوح مختلف آبیاری (100، 75 و 40 درصد ظرفیت زراعی) بود. این آزمایش مزرعه ای در قالب طرح کرت‌های خرد شده در قالب سه بلوک در مزرعه تحقیقاتی دانشگاه شهید باهنر کرمان در طول فصل رشد 1398 اجرا شد. نتایج نشان داد در حالی‌که اعمال کم‌آبیاری موجب کاهش سرعت رشد، عملکرد زیستی و عملکرد و اجزای عملکرد دانه شد، کاربرد غلظت بالای سالیسیلیک اسید منجر به بهبود معنی‌دار پارامترهای مذکور شد. در شرایط آبیاری نرمال، اعمال غلظت‌های متوسط و در شرایط شدید کم‌آبیاری اعمال غلظت بالای سالیسیلیک اسید منجر به بهبود رشد، کارایی مصرف آب و عملکرد پروتئین دانه شد. بیشترین کارایی مصرف آب در شرایط اعمال کم‌آبیاری و غلظت بالای سالیسیلیک اسید حاصل شد. اعمال کم‌آبیاری میزان پروتئین دانه را افزایش داد، در حالی‌که افزایش غلظت سالیسیلیک اسید موجب کاهش آن شد. در مقابل، کم‌آبیاری موجب کاهش عملکرد پروتئین و اعمال سالیسیلیک موجب بهبود آن شد. به‌طور کلی نتایج نشان داد که براساس قابلیت دسترسی به منابع آب در مزارع کینوا، می‌توان از غلظت‌های مختلف سالیسیلیک اسید در جهت بهبود عملکرد و بهره‌وری آب در مناطق خشک و نیمه خشک بهره برد.}, keywords_fa = {بهره‌وری آب,خشکی,سالیسیلیک اسید,عملکرد,محتوای پروتئین,Chenopodium quinoa}, url = {https://www.waterjournal.ir/article_128214.html}, eprint = {https://www.waterjournal.ir/article_128214_7b41582034bd3edec671943d68a7d971.pdf} }
