Long-term variations of the climatic variables due to greenhouse gases emission has a significant effect on the volume of renewable water resources and consequently, on the planning for water allocation to important sectors. Thus, in this research, the long-term effect of climate change on precipitation, temperature and potential evapotranspiration (ETp) was investigated under A1B, A2 and B2 scenarios until 2100 in Mazandaran province. First, using weather data in three stations of Noshahr, Ramsar and Babolsar during base period of 1981-2010, the potential evapotranspiration was calculated based on FAO-Penman Monteith equation. Then, the ability of ANFIS model for estimating potential evapotranspiration using the least data was evaluated. LARS-WG was used to downscale the HADCM3 atmospheric general circulation model data and thereafter, it was used for predicting the climatic variables under A1B, A2 and B2 scenarios up to 2100. A significant increase in minimum and maximum temperature led to a significant increase in potential evapotranspiration during 1981-2100. This incensement was higher under A2 scenario. More incensement in the cardinal temperatures in the cold seasons would change crops cultivation calendar. Totally, it could be concluded that despite the existence of a humid climate in the study area during the base period, significant increase in potential evapotranspiration during the whole year specially, during the cultivation seasons of agricultural products, would cause a severe water crisis in the study area. Regarding a significant relation between crop water use and yield, inattention to increased potential evapotranspiration would threaten food security due to applying severe economic loss.}, keywords = {ANFIS,LARS-WG model,Mazandaran,Potential Evapotranspiration}, title_fa = {پیش‌بینی اثرات بلندمدت تغییراقلیم بر مولفه‌های اقلیمی در منطقه‌ی مرطوب}, abstract_fa = {بحران آب به همراه اثرات منفی تغییراقلیم بر آن یکی از دغدغههای جهانی میباشد. تغییرات درازمدت مولفههای مهم اقلیمی در دراز مدت در نتیجهی انتشار گازهای گلخانهای تاثیر معنیداری بر حجم منابع آب تجدیدپذیر و متعاقبا، بر برنامهریزی در راستای تخصیص آن به بخشهای مهم خواهد داشت. به همین منظور در این پژوهش، به بررسی اثرات بلندمدت تغییراقلیم در استان مازندران بر میزان دما، بارش و تبخیر- تعرق پتانسیل تحت سناریوهای A1B، A2 و B2 تا سال 2100 پرداخته شد. ابتدا بر اساس دادههای هواشناسی در طول دورهی پایه (2010- 1981) در سه ایستگاه نوشهر، رامسر و بابلسر، میزان تبخیر- تعرق پتانسیل با استفاده از معادلهی فائو پنمن- مانتیث برآورد شد. سپس قابلیت مدل ANFIS جهت تخمین تبخیر- تعرق پتانسیل با حداقل داده مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. نرم‌افزار LARS-WG جهت ریز مقیاس‌سازی دادههای مدل گردش عمومی جو HadCM3 استفاده شده و در ادامه، برای پیشبینی مولفههای اقلیمی تا سال 2100 اقلیمی تحت سناریوهای A1B، A2 و  B2استفاده شد. افزایش معنیدار دمای حداقل و حداکثر باعث افزایش معنیدار تبخیر-تعرق پتانسیل طی سالهای 2100- 1981 شد.این افزایش در سناریوی A2 بیشتر بود.افزایش بیشتر دماهای کاردینال در فصول سرد سال باعث جابجایی فصل کشت خواهد شد. به طور کلی میتوان دریافت که علیرغم حاکم بودن اقلیم مرطوب طی دورهی پایه در منطقهی مطالعاتی، افزایش میزان تبخیر- تعرق پتانسیل در تمام سال به ویژه در طول فصل کشت محصولات کشاورزی، بحران آب شدیدی را بر منطقه مطالعاتی حاکم خواهد ساخت. نظر به ارتباط معنیدار میزان آب مصرفی و تولید محصول، عدم توجه به افزایش تبخیر- تعرق پتانسیل، با اعمال خسارتهای شدید اقتصادی، امنیت غذایی را تهدید خواهد نمود.}, keywords_fa = {تبخیر-تعرق پتانسیل,سیستم استنتاج عصبی-فازی,مازندران,مدل LARS-WG}, url = {https://www.waterjournal.ir/article_73812.html}, eprint = {https://www.waterjournal.ir/article_73812_294573bb1efdcfb38918efb1c9b25c19.pdf} }
