In this research, the application of two different intelligent models including Artificial Neural Networks (ANNs) and Adaptive Neuro-fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS) technique based on subtractive clustering method are investigated  for forecasting inflow to Kamal Saleh reservoir in Markazi province, Iran. For this purpose precipitation and discharge data in a 31-year statistic period (1981-2011) were used and forecasting of inflow was done in the daily and monthly time steps. The amount of discharge and precipitation in previous time steps were used as input patterns for models.Both ANNs and ANFIS models had very acceptable performances at daily and monthly forecasts of inflow based on the error measures; R, RMSE and MAE, however ANFIS model performance was better than ANNs (less than 3%). Using seasonality coefficient (α) improved the performance of models in monthly forecasts. In the following, the effect of large scale climate variables including North Atlantic Oscillation (NAO) index and Southern Oscillation Index (SOI) examined on monthly forecast that was resulted from the best input pattern in optimized model of the previous section. The results showed that using climatic indices in input combination can improve the performance of model to forecast the inflow. Although SOI had greater impact on improving the monthly inflow forecast. So that the statistical indices to evaluate the error of ANFIS model including R, RMSE and MAE obtained as 0.91, 3.56 and 3.73 respectively, this shows the potential of this way to increase the precision by improving the evaluation criteria about 11%, 9% and 11%, respectively}, keywords = {adaptive neuro-fuzzy,Artificial Neural Networks,climatic indices,forecast,subtractive clustering}, title_fa = {پیش‌بینی جریان ورودی به مخزن سد کمال صالح با استفاده از محاسبات نرم}, abstract_fa = {پیشبینی جریان ورودی به مخازن سدها به منظور انجام برنامهریزی و بهرهبرداری مناسب منابع آب لازم و ضروری است. در این تحقیق عملکرد دو مدل هوشمند شبکههای عصبی مصنوعی و سامانه استنتاج فازی- عصبی تطبیقی مبتنی بر روش دستهبندی تفریقی در پیشبینی جریان ورودی به سد کمال صالح در استان مرکزی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. بدین منظور از دادههای جریان و بارش در یک دوره آماری 31 ساله (1390- 1360)استفاده شد و پیشبینی جریان در گامهای زمانی روزانه و ماهانه انجام شد. از مقادیر دبی جریان و بارش در گامهای زمانی قبلی به عنوان الگوهای ورودی مدلها استفاده شد. عملکرد هر دو مدل در پیشبینیهای روزانه و ماهانه جریان بر اساس مقادیر شاخصهای خطای R، RMSE و MAE بسیار مطلوب بود، هرچند عملکرد مدل فازی- عصبی بهتر از مدل شبکههای عصبی بود (کمتر از 3 درصد). استفاده از ضریب فصلی موجب بهبود عملکرد مدلها در پیشبینیهای ماهانه شد. در ادامه، اثرات متغیرهای اقلیمی بزرگ مقیاس شامل شاخص نوسانات آتلانتیک شمالی و شاخص نوسانات جنوبی در پیشبینیهای ماهانه حاصل از الگوی بهینه مدل برتر بخش قبل، مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج به دست آمده حاکی از آن بود که استفاده از شاخصهای اقلیمی در ترکیب الگوهای ورودی، میتواند موجب بهبود عملکرد مدل در پیش‌بینیهای جریان ورودی گردد. در این میان شاخص نوسانات جنوبی تاثیر بیشتری بر بهبود پیشبینی دبی جریان ماهانه داشت. به طوریکه، مقدار شاخصهای آماری تحلیل خطای مدل فازی- عصبی شامل R، RMSE و MAE به ترتیب برابر 91/0، 56/3، 73/3 به دست آمدند که نشاندهنده توان افزایش دقت مدل با بهبود شاخصهای خطا به ترتیب به میزان 11، 9 و 11 درصد میباشد.}, keywords_fa = {پیش‌بینی,دسته‌بندی تفریقی,شاخص‌های اقلیمی,شبکه‌های عصبی,فازی-عصبی تطبیقی}, url = {https://www.waterjournal.ir/article_73860.html}, eprint = {https://www.waterjournal.ir/article_73860_7d750759d2b6520a1afd156cfd3291de.pdf} }
