Abstract

For uncontrolled utilization of resources, existing Water and soil Resources has reduced, in the watershed  areas in the recent decades. This issue has caused decreasing seriously watershed areas, the increase in sediment production rate, reduction in useful life dams and reduction of production and was wasted national capitals. This research that took place in Dare Morid watershed(in Baft) Following the impact assessment watershed  management operations on change of basin behavior in reducing flood in watershed  areas. Method of work includes consideration of the report and studies have been done in the past and comparing it with executive operations and also the volume of the operations has been performed. At this stage while doing field studies and knowledge of the number of implemented constructions Simultaneously, The condition and their specifications were investigated. In the next stage in order to estimate the flood Return Periods and also average annual run off  mathematical model( HEC-HMS) used. Their ability in reserve run off and floods, and flood risk reduction for low lands were investigated by calculating the volume of the implemented reservoirs. In the next stage with the use of the descriptive methods and statistics such as correlation, effectiveness of executive operations on the flood mitigation have been  determined.
