Due to limited water resources and recent droughts and irregular and non-normative using of the groundwater, the importance of wastewater using as reliable and economical water supply and protection of the environment and existing water resources, over is evident. In this context, the use of filters and natural absorbent such as zeolite, perlite and anionic resin to improve wastewater characteristics will be examined. This study examined in 18 PVC columns to investigate effects of modified zeolite, perlite and anionic resin on reducing of wastewater pollution. Experiments include two factors. The first factor was application method of combination filters (layer and mixed filter) and the second factor is weight percent of applied materials in filters and a total of 9 treatments with 2 repeats. Wastewater injects on soil at 10 times with weekly repeat, periodically. Nitrate and phosphate drainage was measured from test columns in laboratory. The result shows using a combination layer filter has greatest impact on reducing nitrate on average 48% and then mixed filter will reduce nitrate on average 41%. Also, combination layer filter and mixed filter will reduce phosphate on average 46%.
