Wms model include modeling systems hydrologic and hydraulic is relation to watershed.this model used for surface runoff estimate to method SCS in chalous watershed locate in mazandaran province .
Outset use of elevation maps raster structure to help soft ware topaz antiseptic river network and also sub catchment. with adaptation map up to land use maps and soil hydrological teams preparation of watershed estimate sub catchments (CN) rate and sub catchment estimate runoff discharge subsequently Providing non adaptation observation data & estimation data in condition soil humidity II by model, Sensitive analysis model repeat to use of model parameters witch include curve number,lag time & seepage in condition soil humidity III,until suitable adaptation within observation data & estimation data observate. results introduce witch method SCS to reason use of inside basin factors has from high accuracy, also factors of curve number and soil antecedent moisture high sensitive respect to other factors of physical and edaphic in production runoff. In side runoff production in uses to different slopes dependence to cover plant and just to increase slope none increment. also determinate set sub catchment witch in part up stream catchment more potential in runoff production. Therefore can with watershed function runoff discharge in the source head control
